Guest Policy

We want to be able to guarantee that each guest has a great and memorable stay, so we ask that each guest abide by our Rental & Guest Policy. By making a reservation with Mentone Mountain Getaways, you agree to abide by this policy.
Mentone Mountain Getaways & Guest Policy

·Reservation Procedures

  • You must be at least 25 years of age.
  • Reservations can only be made and secured with a Visa (credit/debit card), MasterCard, or American Express.
  • An applicable lodging tax will be added to the total cost of all rentals depending on location of cabin.

·Additional Cleaning Fee(s)

  • Should there be extra charges from housekeeping for additional cleaning; Management has the right to bill your credit card.

·Smoking Policy

  • For the health and comfort of our guests, ALL cabins are non-smoking, if there is an odor of smoke or damage from smoke, your credit card will be charged for damages.

·Pet Policy

  • ALL cabins have a no pet policy, if there is evidence of a pet in the cabin during your stay, or if there is a pet odor or damage from a pet, your credit card will be charged for damages.

·Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be received a minimum of 14 days before your scheduled check-in date. Mentone Mountain Getaways will refund the collected amount by company check, less a $50.00 administrative fee and a 3% credit card transaction fee. Cancellation request received less than 14 days before your scheduled check-in date are NOT Refundable.
  • There are no refunds for reduced guests, reduced nights or no-shows.
  • Due to the unpredictable nature of our mountain environment, we are not responsible nor will we refund for restricted access to our lodging facilities due to inclement weather, road conditions, and acts of nature or anything beyond our control.
